The  GARMIN Forerunner 25  is a  connected watch  that tracks and records your running sessions, such as time, distance and pace.

You want to count the number of steps you take every day during the day, it is possible today, and no need to wear an additional activity tracking device. The Forerunner 25 counts your daily steps and the calories you burn all day long. When you upload your data to  Garmin Connect , you’ll have access to information about your progress against your sport goals and your fitness data.

 

Increased motivation

The Forerunner 25 also  features a function called “Auto Lap” , which sends you a signal every kilometer you drive. A beep is emitted and the backlit display flashes displaying the time you have taken to travel the kilometer in question. Once the race is over and saved, you get a summary of your performance that includes total time, distance, average pace and calories burned. The Forerunner 25 also alerts you when you reach a personal best, such as your fastest kilometer or your longest race to date.

 

Train indoors and outdoors

For outdoor races, the Forerunner 25 relies on a  GPS  to accurately record your time, pace and distance. To record the distance and pace when running on a treadmill or a covered track, simply pair your Forerunner 25 with an optional accelerometer, which attaches to the laces of the shoe.

 

Wear it all day

With the Forerunner, you do not need to worry about charging your device, its  rechargeable battery offers a battery life of 10 weeks in watch mode / activity tracking or 10 hours when the GPS is active , during your outdoor sessions. The degree of water resistance of the Forerunner 25 is  5 ATM (50 meters) . In other words, the watch is suitable for sessions in the rain or particularly intense, and can accompany you during your pool sessions.

 

Connect without further ado

With a simple  connection to a Mac or PC computer , you can upload your activities to our free online sports community,  Garmin Connect . This community allows you to visualize your race on a map, to study each kilometer under a magnifying glass, to consult a daily summary of your activities and to share your exploits with your friends.

You can for even more simplicity the  connected via bluetooth to your smartphone and download the application Garmin Connect (Android and iOS)
